We are pleased to announce that 12th Convocation of the University of Wah (UW) will be held in physical mode at 10:00 AM on 16th November 2024 at the UW Auditorium. The Governor of Punjab (Chancellor of the University) will preside over the annual convocation of UW. The following are allowed to attend the convocation:
- Medal and award winners who graduated in 2024.
- All those graduates whose registration numbers are included in the list of degree recipients.

Eligible students are advised to register via the Alumni Portal and remain in touch with the University for updates.
Rehearsals for the convocation will be held at 10:00 AM on 14th November 2024 and 15th November 2024 at UW Auditorium. The program of events is attached so that you can plan ahead and not miss any part of your big day.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Registered graduates not participating in the rehearsal will not be allowed to attend the Convocation on the final day.
- Collect the academic attire from the assigned desks at the campus during the rehearsal days. You will be required to deposit PKR 1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) as a refundable security amount for the academic attire.
- Invitation cards for graduating students and their guest(s) will be issued on the rehearsal days.
- All participants and their guest(s) should bring original NIC and Invitation Card for entry into the University, on the final convocation day.
- Children are not allowed in the University (Rehearsal/final convocation day)
