NIC Islamabad is hiring a Junior Program Associate – Incubation Program.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to learn how startup incubation programs work from the inside.
You’ll work closely with the Program Manager while gaining exposure to founders, mentors, industry leaders, sessions, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps an incubation program moving.
You don’t need years of experience or a long list of achievements. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, communicates well, stays organised, takes responsibility, and is open to feedback.
In this role, you’ll support:
• Founder communication and follow-ups
• Mentors, trainers, and program sessions
• Incubation activities and event logistics
• Program updates and startup progress tracking
This is a junior-level role where you’ll be trained hands-on and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.
