JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, with a focus on creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring the branch is well-stocked with popular items while minimizing excess stock.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
4-5 years of proven experience in retail fashion brand
