Education:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Education, Economics, Project Management, or related fields.
Experience:
4-6 years in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, coalitions, or collective action programs, with proven leadership and project management skills.
Key Skills:
Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strategic thinking for systemic change
Expertise in data management, reporting, and accountability
