Since its inception, the MEEZANSHIP Program has evolved into a transformative platform, and the achievements of the previous batches are a testament to its increasing impact.
Each year, we witness emerging talent progress through structured learning, guided mentorship, and meaningful workplace exposure. Notably, the program has demonstrated a strong outcome, with an average conversion ratio of approximately 50% from internship to employment, reflecting its effectiveness in identifying and nurturing future talent for the Bank.
Building on this momentum, Batch No. 06 is designed to further enrich the learning experience and strengthen the developmental journey for aspiring graduates seeking professional excellence.
