Eligibility & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Hands-on experience with HRMS
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
