HIRING TERRITORY MANAGER
Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad
Role Overview:
Retail Development and sales activities in the assigned territory with distinct emphasis on identifying potential opportunities for new site development.
Managing sales of commissioned sites, ensuring safety and high customer service standards.
Comprehensive market area survey of all the major markets in order to identify new opportunities and future development.
Research market trends and customer needs to uncover new channels and product offerings.
Ensure seamless order execution.
Effectively manage demand and supply.
Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales.
Foster strong relationships with key clients
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales & marketing
3–4 years of Proven experience within the oil marketing sector (OMC)
Key Skills
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
High Level of professionalism, Integrity and ethical conduct
