As an MTO in NOC, you will:
β Learn to monitor systems and analyze network alerts
β Solve customer problems and address queries efficiently
β Assist with real-time troubleshooting and customer support
β Contribute to technical reporting and issue resolution
β Collaborate with engineers to ensure maximum system uptime
Weβre Looking For:
πΉ Bachelorβs degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Power major preferred)
