Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that service standards are followed as per the bank's standards.
- Report any issues encountered to the BM and ensure that they are resolved promptly
- Guide customers to the relevant desk for the desired Services
- Ensure that all relevant materials and marketing information are available in the branch.
- Provide complete information on Products/ Services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
- Educate/ introduce customers to the use of NetBanking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Centre, and Other Digital Channels
- Check the Complaint Box along with BM/OM and ensure registration in the system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
